Inspection Stages
Four checkpoints on every order
- 01
Drawing review
Tolerances, material and finish callouts are checked before we quote. Questions are raised early, not after machining.
- 02
First-off inspection
The first part of every setup is fully measured before the rest of the batch is released.
- 03
In-process checks
Critical dimensions are checked at fixed intervals through the run and recorded against the batch.
- 04
Final inspection
Parts are inspected against your drawing and dispatched with a dimensional report.
Documentation
Supplied with every delivery
Paperwork is prepared with the parts, not after you ask for it.
- Dimensional inspection report
- Batch traceability record
- Material certificates on request
- FAI report on request

One Less Thing to Manage
Managing supplier quality shouldn't be a full-time job. Every order ships inspected, documented and traceable — one less thing on the quality team's plate.
